The 4 Steps
Once Community Employment receives your referral from the Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, you will begin our career seeking process.
Evaluation
|
You will go through a process designed to identify your
existing strengths. This functional assessment will focus on those traits and design a plan for career search. |
 Job Development
|
A Job Developer will work with you to complete goals in career research
and setup employment interviews. You will have one on one job
developer access througout this process until your desired employment
is found. |
Job Coaching
| Once your career placement is obtained, a Job Coach will be assigned
to ensure success! This one on one training and communication
assistance with your new employer is a proven asset in developing your
skills for ongoing employment. |
 Follow Along
Our services do not stop once you have your career sites set. In Follow Along, we will always work with you and your employer to ensure continued employment success through regular monthly visits by CEI staff.
